Providing capped and partial cost reimbursements to individual exporters to grow their export sales revenue through international exhibitions, primary market research, product registration and inward buying missions.

10:30 – 11:10am SSAS (Sector Specific Assistance Scheme):
Providing financial support to recognized export event coordinators of international exhibitions to enable groups of emerging exporters to develop new export markets globally and capped project funding for growing export sales and markets globally for specific export sectors.

11:10 – 11:40am SPP:
Providing capped 50 % cost reimbursements for focussed enterprise supplier development (ESD) initiatives managed by large corporate entities and involving at least three manufacturing SME’s in the supply chain of the corporate applicant over a 1 to 3 years period. It is focussed on ESD investments in the selected SME’s to raise their production/ manufacturing capabilities which will result in more inclusive industrial value chains within SA.

11:40 – 12:10pm THRIP (Technology and Human Resources Innovation Program):
Providing cost sharing funding to industry partners for scientific/engineering focussed applied research and development projects, that aim to create new product and technology innovations that can be commercialized and industrialized on completion of the research project.
