Delta Built Environment Consultants (Pty) Ltd, formerly Virtual Consulting Engineers LvB (Pty) Ltd, can trace its origins back to 2005 when it began operations as a business unit of Virtual Buro. From 2007 it operated as a separate company under the Virtual banner and in December 2012 we decided to give ourselves a totally independent identity, resulting in our rebirth as Delta BEC. Delta BEC currently has branches in Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town and offers multi-disciplinary consulting services within the built environment industry.
